PECHUGAS DE POLLO A LA NARANJA

10.1 Pechuga de pollo a la naranja
Para 4 personas

1 lata de gajos de naranja en conserva VIDECA
4 Pechugas de pollo
100 gr. de jamón a tacos
1 copa de brandy
Aceite

Cortar el pollo a tiras y freír a fuego fuerte. Añadir las naranjas a gajos y el jamón. Regar con brandy y dejar que se evapore. Proseguir la cocción unos minutos hasta que el fondo se haya espesado. Servir, si se desea, acompañado con patatas fritas a dados.

Este plato se puede presentar en cucharas de cóctel.
